Programs for Older Scouts
|
 |
When a Scout becomes 14 and reaches Life rank, he can take part in Troop 405's high adventure program. This includes sending a contingent to Philmont Scout Ranch in Cimarron, New Mexico for 12 days of backpacking and hiking. These special events are tailored to the interests and maturity level of older Scouts. Summer camp offers exciting special programs for older Scouts, too.
